- Prepare and review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy management within the project group

- Continuously refine workflow design to enhance platform usability and boost conversion rates in designated markets
- Support Regional/Global Heads in coordinating product implementation with various stakeholders
- Present new features and upgrades to users and internal stakeholders
- Offer ongoing product support, document changes in functionality, and assist users
- Monitor and analyze key user metrics to establish a feedback loop for ongoing enhancements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager within Technology, Fin-tech, Finance, or Blockchain industry
- Strong familiarity with local market KYC processes considered a significant advantage
- Hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile setup
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities with an objective-driven prioritization skill set
- Logical thinker capable of identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Proficient in building relationships and possessing effective communication skills
