Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and rollout of the Web3 Wallet product in alignment with Binance's overall vision
- Manage end-to-end campaigns focused on acquiring, retaining, and engaging users
- Proficient in growth-oriented features like token generation events, airdrops, and campaign tools
- Analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions regarding future product enhancements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape within Web3 Wallet applications
- Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics to elevate user experience
- Lead go-to-market strategies for launching new features
Requirements
- Experience in growth product management or a comprehensive understanding of the web3 airdrop ecosystem and user needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in the blockchain, fintech, or tech sectors
- Profound knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
