About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can strategically position our products in the market. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will need to deeply understand our target customers, create an effective go-to-market strategy, and influence the development and marketing of our products. We are seeking individuals who can seamlessly blend strategic planning with hands-on execution and effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positioning and messaging to inform our go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide marketing and sales enablement materials for go-to-market activations (such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, solution webpages, partner and ecosystem communications, case studies, and blog posts)
- Conduct customer research, segmentation, and journey mapping to gain insights into our target market
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and future product roadmap through methods like SWOT analysis, customer segmentation, and creating buyer and user personas
- Research industry trends within the crypto ecosystem and share key insights to enhance our collateral and sales approaches
- Develop educational content to increase engagement with prospects, customers, and ecosystem partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience, or a combination of product, marketing, communications, sales, or related field in the B2B financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets
- An MBA or background in management consulting is highly desirable
- Customer-centric approach to product management and a passion for improving the lives of customers
- Experience in creating positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral from scratch
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
