Position Summary

The Arbitrum Foundation is in search of an enthusiastic and methodical project manager adept at overseeing all internal and external projects within the foundation and ArbitrumDAO. The identified candidate should collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various entities, including community contributors, understanding that the role entails more than conventional project management within a single corporate structure.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Governance Team, contributors in ArbitrumDAO, and external stakeholders working on approved proposals.
• Stay informed and engaged with matters concerning ArbitrumDAO, undertaking project management roles as needed to enhance the DAO’s daily operations.
• Monitor all proposals in ArbitrumDAO and draft project plans for potential facilitation by the Arbitrum Foundation post-approval.
• Employ agile methodologies to manage projects by the Governance Team and occasionally other teams within Arbitrum Foundation.
• Create documentation to support transparency and reporting requirements between Arbitrum Foundation and ArbitrumDAO.
• Regularly evaluate processes and optimize project management strategies to align with team dynamics for enhanced success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), including governance structures and tools.
• Comfortable grasping technical proposals and communicating effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
• Analytical prowess to interpret governance data and develop actionable strategies.
• Prior experience in DAOs or a similar liaison role is advantageous.

Additional Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with ArbitrumDAO members.
• Establish feedback mechanisms for community insights to improve project management processes.
• Formulate and oversee projects aligning Arbium Foundation and DAO objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to provide valuable insights to ArbitrumDAO.
