Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute QA processes and protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
- Guide, support, and nurture a team.

- Create and deliver training sessions to improve the capacity and expertise of the QA team.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and implement optimal practices in compliance management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English language for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- 8 - 10 years experience in customer service involving familiarity with customer service tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards and top practices in customer support.
- Proficient analytical capabilities and adeptness in interpreting data and metrics.
- Superb communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Sound comprehension of customer service principles and proficiency in maintaining a customer-centered approach.
