About Team: R3's Professional Services (PS) team focuses on providing specialized Corda expertise to ensure successful adoption for customers. This team collaborates closely with customers to plan, build, deploy, and offer guidance throughout their Corda journey for sustained long-term capabilities.
The Resource Management and Operations Office (RMO) within the PS team is crucial for its efficient global operation. Responsible for effective planning and forecasting, RMO utilizes data and resource profiles to influence hiring decisions, as well as provides tools, processes, and platforms to support the team effectively.
Internship Overview: During the internship, you will engage in weekly sessions with your manager to receive feedback and set goals for the upcoming week. Gain valuable insights from leaders across various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a cutting-edge tech start-up functions from Product to Sales. Showcase your work, learn from seasoned team members, and maximize the opportunities presented during your internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management and Planning Duties (60%):
Collaborate with the RMO team in daily activities, including various tasks
Manage Klient PSA data by updating allocations, addressing over/underutilization, and optimizing resource allocation based on skillsets, timelines, margins, revenue, and individual goals
Organize the weekly RMO Meeting Agenda/Updates in JIRA
Take charge of managing the RMO Jira board to ensure timely completion of activities
Own small project deliveries related to resourcing, training activities, and demand/capacity planning with support from Resource Manager & Partner Manager
Operations Duties (40%):
- Assist the PS Operations Lead in Klient PSA administration and documentation
- Ensure timely submission of timesheets by team members
- Track CSAT % for PS and provide quarterly reporting to Senior Management
- Ensure adoption of established processes by the PS team for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Ideally possess a degree in project management, business management, or related fields
- Familiarity with project management principles and proficiency in system handling skills
- Ability to adapt under changing priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience in Salesforce and Atlassian tools is a plus
