Responsibilities for the Role:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a talent for visual storytelling. Your main duties will involve collaborating with the Revenue Operations team to create clear, creative process maps. This role offers hands-on experience with CRM, particularly Salesforce, making a significant impact on Circle’s Business Team performance.
Key Tasks Include:
- Gaining insight into Salesforce administration and behind-the-scenes business operations.
- Producing comprehensive process maps and documentation within Salesforce workflows.
- Shadowing experienced Salesforce admins to learn platform configurations.
- Ensuring the Revenue Operations team has up-to-date process references in our CRM.

- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
