About the Role
As the inaugural Revenue Operations Specialist at Toku, you will have a pivotal role in aligning and enhancing our sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to facilitate revenue growth. Collaborating closely with the co-founders, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, your focus will be on ensuring our revenue operations are efficient, scalable, and in line with our overarching revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Management:
- Manage and optimize revenue automation platforms.
- Implement and manage integrations among various marketing systems and CRM.
- Ensure data consistency across different platforms and oversee migrations.
Lead Management & Nurturing:
- Develop lead scoring and nurturing initiatives.
- Ensure seamless and prompt transfer of leads between marketing and sales.
- Track and enhance lead conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
Process Optimization & Documentation:
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.
- Train and support sales team members on system utilization best practices.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze sales and marketing data to discover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Offer insights and data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to regular revenue team meetings with updates and insights.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives and projects as required.
About You
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revenue automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
- A track record of implementing automation flows within a revenue software stack.
