BitGo is seeking to strengthen our Sales team at the Associate level, based in New York and reporting to the HeightZero head. This role is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals experienced in cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sales. As an individual contributor, you will focus on generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout and engage potential leads through various channels, including networking, online research, marketing campaigns, event participation, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate initiatives, develop target lists, campaigns, and strategies for engaging with prospects.
  • Qualify leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and set up meetings for the Sales team.
  • Record lead information and interactions in Salesforce, maintaining CRM accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience in digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Passion for the digital asset industry, with an interest in new concepts like protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs.
  • Quick to grasp new products and technology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM Tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and ownership mindset.

Nice To Haves:

  • Preferred experience in selling to Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) or selling ETFs as a wholesaler.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading is a bonus.
