Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential accounts via various channels like email, phone, LinkedIn, and Twitter to secure meetings.
- Master the understanding and demonstration of sFOX’s product and service offerings.
- Skillfully qualify inbound inquiries and monitor analytics across the pipeline, from prospecting to conversion of initial conversations into opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).
- Assist in managing an inside sales team using CRM databases to maintain contacts and decision-maker information while expanding the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on product offerings and market trends within the investor community.
- Produce reports as necessary to reflect lead generation and qualification metrics.
- Schedule, participate in, and facilitate closure of engagements with prospective clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing the SDR process, from lead identification through initial conversations leading to handover to AEs for deal closure.
- In-depth knowledge of sales operations, including using platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo for managing outbound communication effectively.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and cryptocurrency and a genuine passion for the digital asset revolution.
- Desire to contribute significantly to a growing organization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a record of preparing sales presentation materials effectively.
- Self-motivated, highly curious, and driven towards excellence.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience in trading and market data operations.
- Familiarity with trading digital currencies.
- Understanding of the digital currency trading market.
- Interest in Bitcoin, digital currency, and distributed ledger technology.
