Position Overview
Keyfactor seeks an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team, focusing on the Central territory. Sales Directors at Keyfactor operate in a consultative capacity, engaging with senior executives to promote and sell the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will excel at building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and have a proven track record of closing deals with mid-market to enterprise corporate accounts.
Keyfactor is a leader in digital identity management solutions for data, devices, and applications, offering products that simplify and streamline the management of trusted digital identities.
Responsibilities
- Successfully close sales in mid-market to enterprise corporate accounts.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, up to the executive level.
- Exceed sales bookings quotas and enhance product usage in existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve and surpass account penetration goals for your designated territory and key accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Construct and manage a sales pipeline in alignment with established expectations for lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly booking forecasts.
- Collaborate with Channels and strategic alliances to increase market presence in your territory.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of successful experience in IT sales, specifically in securing and closing business deals with Enterprise Accounts, preferably in the Security sector. Knowledge of Key Accounts within the territory and relationships with VARS in the Enterprise Market is advantageous.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on experience.
