DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns via chat, calls, emails, walk-in, leaving them satisfied in our services.
2. Client Assessment: Provide accurate and tailored recommendations through assessing customer's qualification and requirements.
3. Assistance Promotion: Promote the value and benefits of our products, services, and additional assistance options.
4. Achieving Sales Targets: As part of our results-driven team, you will actively contribute to the achievement of our monthly sales target.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or other equivalent courses.
- At least 6 months experience in sales.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
