Responsibilities:

• Lead AI projects independently from conception to evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discern requirements for AI solutions, identify challenges, analyze goals, and translate them into actionable strategies
• Prototype AI-driven security solutions using advanced techniques in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Create scalable AI solutions for production environments, converting prototypes into resilient systems for an expanding user community
• Automate security workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making for the Security and Privacy teams
• Evaluate AI model performance through rigorous testing, benchmarks, and refinements to optimize reliability and accuracy
• Implement industry best practices and security protocols for AI model development and deployment, aligning with ethical standards while mitigating adversarial risks
• Stay current on emerging AI security trends, risks, and compliance hurdles
• Manage security assurance projects, facilitating security analysis and project management efforts, and ensuring alignment with milestones and internal stakeholders
• Engage stakeholders to analyze security risks in critical systems, maintaining compliance with security regulations, and tracking remediation activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, NLP, and LLMs
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI projects end-to-end
• Experience in building automated workflows for security processes is advantageous
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and AI-specific security methodologies is beneficial
• Analytical problem-solver adept at working in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills in English and adept at documenting technical workflows
