Your role will involve consolidating and driving security projects across various teams, such as coordinating the implementation of security recommendations in engineering teams, setting quality and security indicators for different product lines, and supporting the maintenance of certifications in line with the First Level Security Certification Scheme (CSPN). We are seeking a Security Project Manager to contribute to this essential product security program.
Your Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee security-related projects while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them for successful project outcomes.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Security Governance:
Prepare all necessary documentation related to security schemes, including security assessment files and cryptographic mechanism descriptions.
Propose technical solutions to simplify the certification implementation and maintenance processes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Share project updates and outcomes with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions to engage internal teams, enhance security awareness, and promote best practices.
Requirements
- Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
- Experience with the CSPN security evaluation scheme.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic mechanisms such as symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, hashing, and more.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong writing skills and solid project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
- Willingness to stay informed about upcoming regulations and their potential impact.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
