Description
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of supplier invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accounting records, resolving discrepancies, and other assigned tasks. Candidates are expected to collaborate with global teams while demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Execute finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks such as verifying expense claims, processing payments and invoices.
- Establish and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage tax compliance and audits, oversee internal control processes, monitor daily operations, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, manage cash flow, and monitor bank balances.
- Provide accounting and financial support to local and overseas offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- More than 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Preference for experience with Big4 firms.
- Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Company Law and Tax Law.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Capable of working in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
