Our client, a recognized global content-sharing platform evolving into a Web3 creator economy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Ad Ops Manager to supervise the execution of advertising campaigns. As a member of their team, you will collaborate with the sales team and various stakeholders to comprehend client requirements and deliver effective advertising solutions. The desired candidate should possess extensive expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee advertising campaigns, analyzing their performance to ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives seamlessly.
- Optimize ad campaigns across diverse platforms, participating in budget planning, inventory management, and post-campaign reporting.
- Assist in communicating technical aspects of campaign planning to non-technical teams for successful deployment of campaigns using First-Party Data to drive business success.
- Resolve technical issues, address delivery discrepancies, and prepare incident reports as needed.
- Provide performance reports and feedback to clients and stakeholders, constantly enhancing campaign efficiency and quality through innovative approaches.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record in advertising, marketing, or related fields
- Previous involvement in campaign management or digital media operations in media agencies or media organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Ad Manager and Data Management Platforms
- Previous experience working with publishers, agencies, and ad networks is advantageous
- Familiarity with third-party tracking vendors
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data for campaign optimization
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners/vendors
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
