OKX, a world-leading digital asset trading platform, is seeking a customer service professional to join their team. In this role, you will interact with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries and problems through various channels such as email, chat, voice, and social media. Your primary responsibilities include providing quick responses, delivering professional and courteous customer service, and following up on help requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inquiries and issues from global customers on multiple channels, including email, chat, voice, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and the marketing team, to handle complaints and feedback regarding websites, products, platforms, and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors and follow advised procedures by operations management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in finance, customer service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media agent, customer service representative, or similar role.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work according to the given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to navigate difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding the right solution and overcoming obstacles in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and solve issues for customers while managing time effectively.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to rapidly onboard and act on constructive feedback.

Nice to Haves:

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with the crypto/finance-technology industry.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across global offices and time zones.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA.
  • Previous experience in call center customer service-related work is preferred.
