Responsibilities:

An opportunity exists for a Senior Analyst to join Circle's Finance Operations team, focusing on optimizing and advancing finance processes as the organization scales. This pivotal role involves collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive Finance transformation initiatives, streamline core finance processes, support international expansion, and enable product roadmap enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Driving the operationalization of finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation and process automation.
• Collaborating with various teams like Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury to streamline finance processes.
• Ensuring financial readiness for new projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Aligning finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion strategy.
• Facilitating change management activities and training efforts related to new finance systems.
• Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to enable collaborative success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, transformation, or consulting.
• Basic understanding of finance operations, including core processes and systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively across levels.
• Proficiency in analytics and data utilization for decision-making.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a penchant for process improvement.
• Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
