About the Role:

We are in search of a dedicated and technically adept individual to join our Trading Engine team as a Senior API Solutions Engineer. This role encompasses software development tasks alongside an emphasis on engaging with clients and the community regarding the Binance Trading API. Collaborating within a dynamic and agile team, you will closely partner with some of the exchange's largest global clients to aid in integrating and refining their trading strategies using our APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update open-source libraries utilized by clients for API integrations
• Act as a subject-matter expert on REST APIs and WebSocket connectivity, offering guidance to and collaborating with the exchange's major clients
• Work hand in hand with clients to assist in designing and enhancing trading algorithms to boost efficiency and performance on the exchange

Requirements:

• Proficient programming skills, specifically in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js); prior exposure to exchange APIs is advantageous
• Previous involvement in open-source projects is beneficial
• Proficiency in business-level English; capability in additional widely spoken languages is a plus for supporting global clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, experiment, and explore new technologies
