Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve Decentralized Applications (DApps) and smart contracts for an enhanced client experience.
• Collaborate closely with various teams like frontend developers and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality decentralized applications.
• Enhance backend services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance within a multi-chain environment.
• Conduct code reviews, implement thorough testing procedures, and adhere to best practices in blockchain development and security.
• Stay current with the latest developments in blockchain technologies and contribute to continuous platform enhancement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience in smart contract development using languages such as Solidity and Rust (or Move).
• In-depth understanding of blockchain principles, smart contract security, and token standards across various mainstream blockchains.
• Proficient in designing decentralized application architectures (DApps).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Acquainted with leading DeFi applications like Aave, Uniswap, Jupiter, and Radium.
• Knowledgeable about mainstream cross-chain protocols such as CCIP, CCTP, and Circle Gateway.
• Familiar with renowned AI tools like Claude Code and experienced in Agentic coding.
• Fluent in spoken English for effective communication with global partners and stakeholders.
