Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange /Trading Platforms)

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various ventures projects. These projects are closely related to our core businesses and involve working with a lean team to bootstrap quickly. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in designing components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to system architecture design.
• Build and deploy cloud infrastructure in an Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) manner.
• Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana, as well as logging systems like Fluentbit and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux and network concepts.
• Experience in GitOps with ArgoCD is beneficial.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
• Ability to write maintainable code.
• Strong interest in working in technology and financial environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
