The Trading Infrastructure team is currently working on developing a high-performance Trading Platform that caters to multi-asset trading needs. This platform is specifically designed to ensure low-latency execution of financial instruments, implement robust risk controls, and seamlessly integrate across various workflows including trading, risk, operations, and finance.
The system architecture follows a modular approach and includes core components like market data feeds, order gateways, execution algorithms, risk engines, UI dashboards, middle office reconciliation, and account infrastructure. Emphasizing on event-driven and deterministic system design, real-time observability, and robust security measures.
The technology stack utilized in this project involves Java (low-latency), Python, Web UI (React/Ag-Grid), Aeron, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, modern CI/CD tooling, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and performance. Besides, the team leverages AI-based development tools to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, set up, and maintain scalable infrastructure for the trading systems, encompassing CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and runtime environments.
- Manage and optimize databases such as AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
- Automate provisioning and configuration of EC2 and related resources using tools like Ansible and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Ensure security and stability within environments through well-thought VPC design, IAM governance, and proper secret management.
- Establish and preserve system metrics and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Implement GitHub repo standards uniformly across development teams.
- Ensure efficient usage of infrastructure by maintaining continuous monitoring, resource optimization, and cost control strategies across AWS and containerized deployments.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery protocols for critical systems.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE within high-availability, real-time systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cost monitoring tools.
- Proficient in provisioning and config management using Ansible, experience with Terraform is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of ClickHouse and PostgreSQL; familiarity with kdb+ or InfluxDB is a plus.
- Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
