Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of system support operations, including maintenance, setup, and user training.
- Develop and enhance system operation and management processes.
- Monitor system availability and functionality, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Gather and analyze information from the Finance department and other teams to create business requirements for system development or enhancement.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to clarify requirements and confirm development plans.
- Track system performance and explore optimization possibilities from a finance perspective.
- Foster effective communication and problem-solving across multiple departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Fin-Tech, or Information Technology.
- Previous experience in Finance Software, ERP Software, Internal Finance System, or related fields.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to project delivery and problem resolution.
- Exceptional cross-team coordination and collaboration skills.
- Strong execution abilities to achieve system development and problem-solving outcomes.
