Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange and Forex (FX) platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time Accountant to join our team.
About the Role: 
The Accountant will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations for subsidiaries of the Bitcastle Group. You will perform bookkeeping tasks, prepare financial reports, and support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making.
Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain full set of accounts for assigned entities within Bitcastle Group
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review
Assist in the preparation of group financial consolidation reports
Prepare tax filing documents and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
Prepare cashflow management reports and perform bank reconciliation
Perform crypto wallet and exchange reconciliation
Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments accurately and timely
Support profit and loss reporting and basic financial analysis
Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes
Prepare financial data required for transfer pricing documentation
 
Collaborate with the Finance team to identify accounting issues and propose solutions
Coordinate with the data team to ensure accuracy of automated reports capturing revenue, expenses, and cryptocurrency balances
Requirements: 
Min N2 Japanese language proficiency
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience handling full set accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in crypto or forex industry
Tech-savvy and comfortable with adopting new technologies

About the Role: 
We are looking for a Fraud Monitoring Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud monitoring processes to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities and unusual transaction patterns within our forex trading platform. You will ensure timely review and escalation of fraud alerts, maintain compliance with internal standards, and support reporting to management for effective risk management.
Manage and oversee scenarios embedded in the Fraud Monitoring System and fraud risk indicators to monitor internal and external activities for fraudulent behavior and unusual transaction patterns
Ensure fraud monitoring processes comply with the company's code of conduct and adhere to the highest standards of ethics
Conduct timely reviews of fraud alerts and ensure proper escalation and closure through the appropriate channels
Prepare periodic reports for management on the results of fraud monitoring, including corrective actions taken
Use monitoring results and evaluations to standardize fraud monitoring processes and highlight risks noted during reviews to report them to relevant business units
Requirements: 
At least 2-3 years of working experience in fraud monitoring, investigations, or compliance
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualification:
Relevant certifications in analytical techniques, fraud investigation, or decision-making
Experience in fraud monitoring within forex, financial institutions, or trading platforms o
Japanese Language (good to have)

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Full-time Hackintosh iOS Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing iOS applications for our Hackintosh platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web, Mobile, and Software Development, Engineering & Architecture, Customer Service, and Accounting and Consulting Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing iOS applications for our Hackintosh platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshooting application bugs and implementing solutions
- Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Providing technical support and guidance to users as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an iOS Developer or similar role

An innovative company is in search of a proactive Business Operations professional to take charge of the complete operational process and oversee the movement of capital and goods in various Asian markets. This role involves designing and managing their financial and operational systems while working at the convergence of Finance, Payment Operations, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will join a skilled team within a dynamic startup environment that prioritizes financial accuracy and swift execution.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payment transactions across Asian markets, handling international transfers, FX, and multi-currency supplier payouts to keep liquidity flowing smoothly in line with our supply chain.

Develop financial processes and establish an operational framework that goes beyond traditional ledgers. Implement scalable workflows for tasks such as reconciliation, automated invoicing, and payment validation to support the launch of new brands and market expansion.

Collaborate with Brand Principals to streamline the procurement process. Utilize sales velocity and payment terms to optimize cash management while supporting rapid growth.

Take ownership of enhancing the finance and operations stack, which includes ERP systems, payment gateways, and automation tools. Prioritize automation efforts and ensure that our tools align with our business needs rather than constraining our operations.

Facilitate regional expansion by navigating VAT/GST regulations, managing cross-market reconciliations, and establishing tax-efficient operational frameworks to support compliant growth.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 2-6 years of experience in Business Operations, Corporate Finance, Big 4 audit, or similar roles in rapidly growing FinTech or e-commerce companies.

Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Index/Match, and financial modeling. Display a strong ability to think systematically and design workflows to prevent recurring discrepancies.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrate the capacity to address payment discrepancies and the expertise to create efficient cross-border operational processes.

Fluent in English and Mandarin; fluency in Cantonese is advantageous.

Thrive in fast-paced environments, place high value on teamwork, and capable of achieving objectives independently.

Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Managerial position.
