Senior HR Account Manager (HR Generalist)

As a Senior HR Account Manager at Toku, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and building partnerships with client businesses. Responsibilities will involve overseeing various HR functions, handling client relationships, executing people programs, and handling intricate regulatory issues. Key duties include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll activities, and general HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Management of a range of HR operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle.
- Collaboration with the Toku Benefits team on benefits brokerage and implementation in the US.
- Conducting bi-monthly US payroll tasks, benefits handling, and managing 401k contributions.
- Contributing to the development of Toku's PEO HR knowledge base by documenting employment regulations.
- Engaging with staff through regular check-ins and documenting feedback.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in client-facing HR roles within Employer of Record or Professional Employer Organization settings.
- Minimum of 6 years in HR management, generalist, or business partner roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and employment law.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Independently manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a startup environment and working in cross-functional teams.
