What You Will Do

  • Provide expert HR guidance and strategic support company-wide.
  • Lead and supervise the HR and Administration team for seamless daily operations.
  • Collaborate with managers on key HR areas like workforce planning, performance evaluations, and talent development.
  • Manage HR and administrative forecasting, budgeting, and staffing projections.
  • Enhance compensation and benefits initiatives to align with legal standards and market competitiveness.
  • Contribute to developing HR policies and updating operational procedures.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects when required.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR and administration experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure with excellent time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
