Our client is seeking an organized and versatile individual to join their team as an HR & Admin Manager. What You Will Do
- Provide expert HR guidance and strategic support company-wide.
- Lead and supervise the HR and Administration team for seamless daily operations.
- Collaborate with managers on key HR areas like workforce planning, performance evaluations, and talent development.
- Manage HR and administrative forecasting, budgeting, and staffing projections.
- Enhance compensation and benefits initiatives to align with legal standards and market competitiveness.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR and administration experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure with excellent time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
