Key Responsibilities:
- Launching a new product to market and achieving ambitious goals for USDC distribution and associated monetization
- Cultivating strategic partnerships with organizations in the web3 space to propel the adoption and expansion of USDC
- Leading negotiations and executing commercial agreements across various Web3 segments for Circle's suite of solutions
- Ensuring all partnerships are mutually beneficial, grounded in sound principles, and aligned with Circle's objectives
- Collaborating proactively with partners to address their needs with a customer-centric approach
Your Role:
- Spearheading opportunities, implementing Go-to-Market strategies, and validating beta products
- Fostering a culture that is high-integrity, collaborative, customer-focused, metrics-oriented, fast-paced, and optimistic
- Establishing and nurturing executive relationships with key decision-makers in various web3 organizations globally
- Reporting regularly and communicating effectively on critical KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proficiency in DeFi protocols and on-chain builders
- Resilience, optimism, and a proactive mindset
- A penchant for seizing opportunities and delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision
- Expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Aptitude for negotiating high-impact deals with senior leadership
- Strong pipeline management and prioritization skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
- Skill in creating concise internal and external communications
- Comfort working in both structured and ambiguous environments with clear risk management
Additional Information:
- This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates
- Compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational requirements
- Base Pay Range: $177,500 - $230,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
