As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing inclusive, partner-focused go-to-market strategies, with a specific geographic focus on LATAM. Collaborating closely with Distribution Partners, including leading industry players like Web3 Wallets, Neobanks, and Fintech Platforms, you'll concentrate on regions like Brazil and Mexico. Fluency in local languages is essential for this position.
Your core duties will involve facilitating the formation, expansion, and success of partner alliances. This role requires crafting and executing joint marketing initiatives while advising partners on effectively promoting Circle products to their demographic. Your work will center around devising co-marketing plans, enhancing product visibility, overseeing PR endeavors, and evaluating campaign efficacy and performance metrics in partnership with Product messaging teams.
You will serve as the primary liaison conveying marketing strategies to our partners' teams, supporting them in conceiving growth strategies and campaign blueprints. Moreover, you'll co-manage partner marketing materials, curate enriching resources, and track and assess the outcomes of collaborative marketing efforts.
Aside from these tasks, you will have immersive opportunities for in-person regional engagement with strategic partners to foster strong relationships and participate in local industry events, cultivating a strong presence and advocacy for Circle's visions across the LATAM market.
Requirements to Excel at Circle:
Experience: You bring an impressive track record with over 10 years in Partner Marketing, Consumer Finance, Payments Marketing, or Business Development. Experience in B2B financial services is a beneficial asset.
Localization & Language Proficiency: You demonstrate a solid grasp of the LATAM landscape, bolstered by proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with fluency in both being highly advantageous.
Expertise: A deep-rooted understanding of web3, blockchain, digital currencies, fintech, and growth marketing is required.
Campaign Management: Proven aptitude in directing end-to-end campaign activities, including material creation and deployment.
Initiative and Agility: You are inherently independent, driven, and eager to delve into technological nuances confidently.
Adaptability: Adapting efficiently in unstructured settings, you excel in creating order amidst complexity.
Collaborative Traits: Efficient in navigating highly interdisciplinary environments to drive seamless go-to-market strategies.
Technological Acumen: Proficiency with digital tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS is anticipated.

Circle follows a transparent compensation policy, considering multiple factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational requirements. The compensation packages can vary by location.
Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500 Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
