Responsibilities:
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Circle, your primary focus will be on developing a partner-centric market approach in LATAM, particularly in regions like Brazil and Mexico. Your role entails engagement with Distribution Partners, including entities like Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, Investment Platforms, Remittance Services, Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs, necessitating proficiency in local languages.
Collaborating within a cross-functional team, you will drive partner engagement success by crafting and implementing co-marketing strategies, advising partners on optimal product marketing approaches, and overseeing various marketing activities like campaign development, content creation, PR, product messaging, and performance analysis.
Your key contributions will be vital to achieving organizational growth targets, especially in increasing global USDC issuance and utilization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, you will play an instrumental role in our overall Partner Marketing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts and collaborate with partners to drive USDC growth in LATAM.
- Implement co-marketing campaigns targeting partners' end-users.
- Work closely with partners on growth strategies and campaign planning.
- Develop marketing content and educational resources for partners.
- Analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns and provide insightful reporting.
- Engage with strategic partners in-person and at local events to advocate for partnerships and Circle products in the LATAM region.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance, Payments Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish with regional exposure to LATAM markets.
- In-depth knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in campaign management and content creation.
- Self-driven individual with a knack for tech exploration and learning.
- Thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments and excels at building order from chaos.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS for seamless workflow management.

- Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $207,500, with an annual bonus target of 17.5%.
