Responsibilities:
Seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for LATAM, Circle aims to develop a partner-centric go-to-market strategy in collaboration with entities across sectors including Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. Primarily focused on Brazil and Mexico, this role requires proficiency in local languages.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will drive partner engagement through co-marketing campaigns tailored to promote Circle products effectively. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners on marketing strategies, developing content, advising on initiatives, advising on campaign performance, and reporting back to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives in large-scale enterprise partnerships in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with partners to execute co-marketing campaigns targeting end-users and customers.
- Act as the primary liaison with partner marketing teams, jointly strategizing growth plans.
- Develop and manage marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media engagements.
- Create educational material for partners regarding frameworks, processes, and product offerings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the efficacy of partner marketing campaigns.
- Travel to meet strategic partners, and participate in local events to boost the regional partnership ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance, or Business Development.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with knowledge of the LATAM market.
- Expertise in web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in campaign management and collateral development.
- Self-motivated, structured thinker, adept at collaborating with diverse teams.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.

Additional Information:
- The starting pay ranges from $160,000 to $207,500, with an annual bonus target of 17.5%.
- Compensation packages include Equity & Benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays for U.S. employees.
