Responsibilities: Circle is in search of a Senior Partner Marketing Manager tasked with driving a partner-oriented GTM strategy in LATAM. This role entails partnering with Distribution Partners in domains such as Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, and more, with a focus on the LATAM region (Brazil and Mexico). Fluency in local languages is required.
As a core member of a cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in enhancing partner engagement, focusing on co-marketing campaigns and advising partners on effective marketing strategies for Circle's products. Collaborating closely with partners, you will shape marketing strategies, content creation, PR efforts, product messaging, and campaign analytics.
This role will be pivotal in achieving key growth objectives, including the global adoption of USDC, and will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing overseeing Partner Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading marketing initiatives in large-scale partnership endeavors in LATAM.
- Executing co-marketing campaigns with partners to promote USDC growth.
- Acting as the primary liaison with partners' marketing teams to drive growth strategies.
- Creating and managing partner-specific marketing content across various platforms.
- Developing educational materials to support and empower partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of partner marketing campaigns.
- Traveling to engage with strategic partners and facilitate local events.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, or related fields.
- Regional expertise: Exposure to LATAM, proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and fintech.
- Campaign management: Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Attributes: Self-drive, adaptability, collaboration, tech proficiency.

Additional Information:

- Compensation factors include experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Compensation Package: Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500; Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%.
