About the Role:

We are in search of a highly driven individual to join our Global Brand Studio team as a Senior Motion Designer. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand's core narrative, influencing its storytelling, and supporting the growth of a rapidly expanding brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics to enhance brand communications and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers to produce motion content for various channels.
• Develop storyboards to translate creative ideas into storytelling sequences.
• Quickly create animatics with music from storyboards and title cards to demonstrate proof of concept.
• Handle post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, and compositing.
• Maintain and evolve brand motion styles, guidelines, and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics.
• Preserve and enhance the brand's visual identity across multiple platforms while driving design advancement.
• Manage diverse projects with an international team across different time zones.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in a motion design studio or In-House creative agency.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Expertise in industry-standard motion design software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Keen attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to engage audiences through motion content.
• Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is advantageous.
• Additional experience in music editing and sound design is a plus.
• Proactive with a quick learning aptitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is preferred.
• Required to be located in the APAC region.
