Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Central Product Team at Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem known for its cryptocurrency exchange and variety of digital assets. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing a compliant platform with high-quality interactions and adhering to regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with global teams, designing efficient workflows, and enhancing user experience through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a compliance platform that prioritizes user experience and regulatory compliance.
- Create Product Requirements Documents based on business requirements to ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to prioritize product features.
- Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine workflows for better operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Regional/Global Heads and stakeholders to implement new product features.
- Communicate new features and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain sectors.
- Familiarity with Compliance processes like AML and Transaction Monitoring is an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in dynamic environments.
- Experience in product lifecycle management within an agile framework.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
