Senior Product Manager, Compliance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Central Product Team at Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem known for its cryptocurrency exchange and variety of digital assets. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing a compliant platform with high-quality interactions and adhering to regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with global teams, designing efficient workflows, and enhancing user experience through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a compliance platform that prioritizes user experience and regulatory compliance.
• Create Product Requirements Documents based on business requirements to ensure timely project execution.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to prioritize product features.
• Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine workflows for better operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Regional/Global Heads and stakeholders to implement new product features.
• Communicate new features and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain sectors.
• Familiarity with Compliance processes like AML and Transaction Monitoring is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Experience in product lifecycle management within an agile framework.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working across diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
