About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on product planning and strategy for the customer service system in alignment with company goals and user requirements.
  • Research market competitors and industry trends, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements to the product.
  • Analyze data metrics to identify system issues and enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with customer service and business teams to understand needs, prioritize features, and strategize improvement plans.
  • Drive the development and implementation of the customer service system by collaborating with the technical team for timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team maximizes system functionality to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service system product management or similar roles.
  • Understanding of customer service system design and development processes with a basic technical background.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, able to derive key insights from data and user feedback.
  • Demonstrate a sense of responsibility towards customer service and user experience, actively enhancing products to meet user needs.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.

About the Role
