Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience and product development focusing on spot trading
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and essential product documentation like PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development tasks, determine optimal technical solutions, engage with QA for acceptance testing, and oversee product launches
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to deliver cutting-edge trading solutions and products
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure high product quality, progress monitoring, and completion of product milestones
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a product manager, with a strong background in trading concepts
- Profound knowledge of financial products with desirable personal trading experience
- Possess quick learning capabilities and a proactive attitude to collaborate effectively within the team and autonomously
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
- Proficiency in Mandarin for effective engagement with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
