Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions
*: Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from the initial stages through to execution, driving impactful launches of products/features globally. We work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.
Our Subscriptions team focuses on enhancing recurring revenue streams and increasing customer lifetime value by developing and launching compelling membership models, benefits, and payment experiences across our product ecosystem.
We are seeking Product Managers to propel product initiatives from inception to completion. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and oversee an industry-disrupting platform. You will have the chance to drive significant impact and launch products and features globally, collaborating closely with various team members to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end strategy, P&L, and success metrics for all subscription and membership offerings.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests on pricing, feature gating, trial periods, and payment flows to continuously enhance conversion and retention metrics.
- Develop and update the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies prioritizing strategic objectives.
- Conceptualize, test, and introduce new tiered subscription models, promotional offerings, and loyalty programs for increased enrollment and reduced churn.
- Analyze subscription performance data to identify growth opportunities and guide roadmap prioritization.
- Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, manage the backlog, and successfully launch products/features in a timely manner.
- Establish and manage the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning with strategic priorities.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in overseeing subscription economics, defining KPIs like LTV:CAC, and assessing the impact of pricing and feature changes.
- Strong technical comprehension of payment gateways, recurring billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora), and integration requirements.
- Data-informed approach showcased through a user-centric perspective.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
- Background in launching and iterating successful software or financial products at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with subscription economy, loyalty programs, or managing products with significant recurring revenue aspects.
