Team Overview

The Central Product Team at Binance drives innovation and user experience enhancements, ensuring seamless operations and optimized interactions within Binance’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of KYC and KYB vendor portfolios, assessing performance and identifying areas for enhancement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to execute strategies for top-tier KYC/KYB solutions
• Initiate contract extensions and onboard new vendors as necessary
• Monitor vendor performance through defined metrics and SLAs, working with internal teams to address any gaps and foster continuous improvements
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure vendor compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Control billing, forecasting, and vendor usage tracking to optimize costs
• Conduct market analysis for identifying and selecting new vendors based on growth strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience in Finance or Technology, preferably within the Crypto industry
• Proficiency in contract management, vendor evaluation, and negotiation principles
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a flexible mindset
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders
