What You'll Be Responsible For:
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Senior Social Media Manager to enhance our engagement with audiences through organic social platforms. You will be at the forefront of shaping how Circle interacts with various stakeholders, from established enterprises to crypto-native community members. With a key role in expanding brand awareness across global channels, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media strategy.
What You'll Work On:
- Lead social media and content plans on main platforms such as X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while exploring new or niche platforms to enhance brand engagement.
- Develop compelling, original content to boost brand recognition, engage audiences, and drive actions.
- Manage visual representation on social channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while focusing on optimum engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams on executing social media strategies for product launches, growth initiatives, and brand campaigns.
- Contribute to influencer marketing efforts to promote USDC awareness and brand interactions.
- Analyze performance of organic social initiatives and report on results for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on social trends, experiment with new content ideas, and optimize strategies based on performance insights.

What You'll Bring to Circle:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in social media, Web3 marketing, content creation, or B2B finance with a solid understanding of consumer finance and digital currency.
- Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of organic social media and content strategy.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
- Management: Experience in recruiting and managing external resources for scalability, including freelancers and agencies.
- Organization: Self-motivated with the ability to bring clarity to narratives, goals, and timelines in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to Learn: Stay curious about digital currency and blockchain developments.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools such as Slack, GSuite, Apple MacOS, Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: Base salary range from $160,000 to $207,500 per year, plus performance bonuses, equity, and benefits.
