Role Overview: We are seeking talented individuals to join our Engineering Architecture team, responsible for ensuring top-notch design quality for our B2C and B2B products. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in making architectural decisions and provide hands-on support for Ledger Enterprise.
- Assist in defining project scopes, goals, plans, and deliverables for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams for the discovery and design of new product features.
- Lead Tech Initiatives to enhance our technology stack, address tech debt, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical design, development, and CI/CD processes.

- Proficient in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Scala, or Rust.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
