Senior Staff Software Architect (f/m)

Role Overview: We are seeking talented individuals to join our Engineering Architecture team, responsible for ensuring top-notch design quality for our B2C and B2B products. As part of this team, you will contribute to shaping the next generation of our products and services, particularly focusing on enhancing our Ledger Enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in making architectural decisions and provide hands-on support for Ledger Enterprise.
• Assist in defining project scopes, goals, plans, and deliverables for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams for the discovery and design of new product features.
• Lead Tech Initiatives to enhance our technology stack, address tech debt, and promote engineering best practices.
• Offer expertise and hands-on contributions to engineering teams on critical topics.
• Explore new domains with a specific focus on real-world Ledger applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical design, development, and CI/CD processes.
• Deep interest in understanding the intricacies of blockchain technology and complex systems.
• Strong background in backend development and algorithms.
• Proficient in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Scala, or Rust.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Nice to have):

• Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and asynchronous backend stacks.
• Knowledge of Big Data techniques, including scaling backend systems for high reliability.
• Familiarity with HSMs, cryptography, and security practices.
• Exposure to multiple app development stacks and open-source contributions.
