We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as a key partner for our technical and product teams on a global scale.

This role entails hands-on recruiting activities along with leadership responsibilities such as overseeing hiring projects, analyzing data, managing hiring priorities, and more.

The primary focus of the Recruiter will be to ensure the attraction, retention, and growth of top-tier talent, while cultivating strong relationships with business partners and building a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring procedures, and negotiating offers
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from initial engagement to onboarding
  • Act as a strategic partner to the assigned business units, offering guidance, support, and coaching in addition to executing recruitment tasks
  • Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continually. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain organized recruitment databases and other HR resources efficiently
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of high-quality talent through diverse strategies like networking, university engagement, job fairs, and ongoing communication with potential candidates

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in leading tech or Web3 companies
  • Proven success in filling senior technical roles
  • Thorough understanding of Web3 technologies with a genuine passion for the field
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven approach, utilizing recruitment metrics for informed decision-making
  • Agile and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
