Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates across multiple departments using advanced sourcing techniques, boolean searches, and creative networking strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies, industry trends, and candidate availability to shape effective talent acquisition approaches.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully comprehend the requirements of executive roles.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics to monitor progress and enhance the sourcing process.
- Analyze sourcing metrics to assess efficiency and results, proposing enhancements to the sourcing process.
- Manage candidate relationships proficiently throughout sourcing, interview, and offer stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in in-house executive search teams or executive search agencies.
- Over 5 years of expertise in executive sourcing or talent acquisition with a focus on senior/executive-level candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in sourcing for critical roles across various sectors like technology, finance, or cryptocurrency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-level talent through compelling messages.
