Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the VIP team's day-to-day operations, monitor key performance indicators, enhance the team's brand image, and ensure the team's goals and policies are effectively executed.
- Support team members with work assistance and training to improve their skills and exhibit effective leadership.
- Facilitate seamless cooperation between departments to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.
- Address and resolve exceptional situations promptly to maintain operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, proactive work ethic, leadership skills, exemplary communication and coordination abilities, and resilience to stress.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a customer service team of at least 10 members.
- Strong insight, innovation, and preferably experience in VIP services or operations.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for engagement with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China and Hong Kong.
- Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange, within walking distance to MRT TRX.
