Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Tokenomics Analyst to join our Tokenomics team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing tokenomics strategies for clients. An ideal candidate should possess a strong background in blockchain technology, economics, and data analysis with expertise in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tokenomics models for various blockchain projects.
• Analyze and improve the economic systems of existing tokenomics frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and create effective tokenomics strategies.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on economic principles and data analysis.
• Conduct detailed analyses of blockchain data to assess tokenomics model performance.
• Build and maintain financial models to simulate token behaviors and outcomes.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to predict trends and optimize token distribution.
• Create reports on token performance, market trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, present findings, and offer strategic advice.
• Simplify complex tokenomics concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and adjustments to tokenomics strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in tokenomics and blockchain technology.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research for identifying new opportunities.
• Contribute to developing tools and methodologies for tokenomics analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tokenomics strategies with project objectives.
• Mentor junior analysts and enhance the team's capabilities.
• Participate in industry events to represent Animoca Brands and share expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Tokenomics Analyst or similar role in the Web3 industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
• Expertise in economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
• Advanced degree in economics, finance, data science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, or Physics.
• Familiarity with Animoca Brands' products and services.
• Background in project management or strategic consulting.
• Experience with smart contract development and blockchain protocols.
