Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces tailored for gaming and blockchain functionalities, guaranteeing a smooth user journey.
• Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and optimize design solutions.
• Simplify complex blockchain features into visually appealing interfaces, making concepts like tokenomics and NFTs easily digestible.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various features such as marketplaces, dashboards, and game menus.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure design viability.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including product managers, blockchain developers, and marketers to align design with business objectives.
• Advocate for best practices in design and user-centric methodologies throughout the organization.
• Drive UI/UX design for essential features like NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, and interactive platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate Web3 functionalities such as transactions and token swaps without compromising the gaming interface.
• Develop visually engaging designs consistent with Seedworld's brand identity, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic.
• Contribute to establishing a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency across platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Over 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a focus on gaming and blockchain applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for complex systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Skills:

• Strong grasp of design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts like NFTs, wallets, and smart contracts.
• Sound understanding of game design and player behavior in multiplayer or UGC-centric games.

Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team and convey design concepts clearly.
