What We're Looking For

We are a rapidly growing Web3 company with an internal design team seeking a seasoned senior web designer. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about web design, stays abreast of the latest design trends, and upholds fundamental design principles. Proficiency in design tools, enthusiasm for new technologies, and continuous skill enhancement are essential qualities. The candidate must excel in translating complex ideas into creative and concise solutions. Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and collaboration skills are must-haves for this role. We value candidates who can contribute ideas collaboratively and work independently to see projects through to completion in a remote setting. While familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is desirable, it is not mandatory. Ideally, the candidate should possess knowledge of the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

• Designing, enhancing, and maintaining various websites and landing pages.
• Collaborating with teammates across disciplines to ensure a unified online presence.
• Elevating existing branding while adhering to overall brand identity.
• Leveraging creativity and teamwork to support other departments like Business Development and Marketing in achieving their objectives.
• Creating social media graphics on an as-needed basis.
• Staying current with company products and web design trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Dynamic creative mindset focused on continuous design innovation.
• Six years of experience in a design environment, preferably specializing in web design.
• Proficiency in design and web development tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setup with team members in varied time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of web development languages like CSS, Javascript, HTML5 is a plus.
• Understanding of Blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Hubspot integrations like form creation.
• Experience with animation and 3D software such as Rive and Maxon C4D.
