About the Team

Joining the Growth Product Group, the content growth team concentrates on fueling global user expansion through content products using advanced technologies and organic growth methods. As a Growth Operations Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of growth strategies in SEO and ASO. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like product management, engineering, marketing, and local business teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure outcomes. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and progression of our global markets by leveraging insights and resources from local teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan, and execute SEO/ASO initiatives for our global websites while incorporating technical and content requisites.
• Produce SEO/ASO-optimized content, update existing content, and ensure adherence to best practices like proper keyword usage and internal linking.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze and optimize keywords and rankings for non-brand traffic growth through SEO/ASO.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create visually engaging and user-friendly content while developing content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Audit ASO/SEO performance, identify issues, and experiment with methods like A/B tests and data analytics to enhance performance.
• Monitor and analyze ASO/SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and app stores.

Desired Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with experience in content growth and excellent writing skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASO/SEO aspects, advanced experience in analytics tools, and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and experience in technical SEO or the cryptocurrency industry are advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with technical SEO, off-page SEO, and crypto or blockchain industry.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in relation to content marketing.
