The Incubation team is at the forefront of blockchain innovation under Dr. Gavin Wood's leadership. They focus on pioneering research and development in exploring new ideas for Polkadot, particularly advancing the next-generation decentralized virtual machine called PolkaJAM.

- Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Polkadot ecosystem, emphasizing JAM integration
- Collaborate with research and incubation teams to prototype and integrate blockchain solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of core blockchain components for security, scalability, and reliability

About You
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
