Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for various roles
- Collaborate with executives to define hiring strategies and organizational design

- Explore innovative sourcing methods to attract top-tier passive candidates in diverse fields
- Provide valuable insights on talent market trends, leveling, and compensation
- Ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Implement scalable recruitment practices, tools, and standards
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, covering technical and non-technical hires globally
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across different functions, from Rust engineers to BD leaders
- Profound understanding of technical roles with a talent assessment expertise
- Proficient in hiring for both technical and business roles
- Exceptional sourcing skills, particularly for passive candidates
- Proven track record in attracting top talent and finalizing offers
- Operate with a proactive mindset and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent judgment in identifying suitable candidates for long-term alignment with company culture
- Experience in fast-growing startups or new ventures
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in recruiting within crypto, blockchain, or related technical fields
