Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented professionals in the Talent Acquisition function
- Develop and refine a recruiting strategy for key positions within the organization
- Instill best practices that prioritize quality in talent selection and aim for superior talent retention
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current and future talent needs, address hiring challenges, and track progress
- Monitor team performance metrics and pipeline health to ensure operational efficiency
- Direct senior and specialized recruitment efforts personally
- Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process and engagement in talent-related projects and programs
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead/Manager, preferably in high-paced tech environments
