Description
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage complex, large-scale technology initiatives across various teams.
- Work collaboratively with development teams for estimating efforts, setting milestones, and distributing resources effectively.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from design phase to final implementation.
- Monitor project progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Define initiative goals, establish metrics to track performance and make decisions based on data insights.
- Coordinate between technology initiatives and business feature deliveries, ensuring a balance between tech and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for diverse audiences, such as support playbooks and API documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project or program management within a software application environment; experience as a software consultant is beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, development, and infrastructure, especially with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ruby, and Golang.
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies; prior experience as a Scrum Master is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders across organizational units.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to align disparate groups to meet shared objectives.
- Skilled at organizing meetings, documenting discussions, and implementing automated processes.
- Ability to discover knowledge within teams and facilitate its transformation for varied audiences.
- Experience with supporting large-scale distributed systems and DevOps practices is desirable.
