Job Requirements
Flawless is in search of a detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join us on a fixed-term basis. In this position, you will be instrumental in attracting and recruiting top-level talent, primarily concentrating on software engineering and other technical roles. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate experience at every stage.
This role is suited for individuals who can identify top talent, excel in fast-paced startup environments, and are capable of an immediate impact. If you have a proven background in successfully recruiting technical positions and are passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful opportunities, we want to hear from you!
The initial contract is for 3 months, focusing on achieving significant goals in the first quarter, with a possibility of extension. Candidates must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilites
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, starting from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation, specifically targeting technical positions like Software Engineers.
- Uphold a high recruitment standard and act as a talent advisor to candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp team requirements, role specifics, and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring consistency throughout the process.
- Maintain a positive and seamless candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet key business hiring objectives by consistently meeting deadlines, presenting quality candidates, and adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong track record of achieving hiring targets, particularly for technical roles.
- Outstanding sourcing abilities to engage top talent through active strategies.
- Proficient understanding of the tech industry and key technical competencies for effective candidate evaluation.
- Effective organizational skills, capable of managing multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and fine-tune strategies to meet goals.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate journey and nurturing a healthy hiring culture.
